About AVS Architecture

AVS Architecture is a design studio founded by architect Aimilia Vasiliki Spiliopoulou, graduate of the Università Iuav di Venezia. The studio is driven by a clear vision: to create spaces that combine functionality, aesthetics and a strong architectural identity. With professional experience across Greece, Italy, Brazil, China, Romania and Switzerland, AVS approaches each project through an international perspective while remaining deeply connected to local context and culture. Working across residential, hospitality, workplace and cultural projects, the studio develops architecture that is thoughtful, timeless and responsive to the people who inhabit it.

Our Approach

Every project begins with listening. We study the site, climate, culture and people who will ultimately inhabit the space. Rather than imposing a signature style, we respond to the specific conditions of each project, creating architecture defined by spatial clarity, material honesty and environmental responsibility. We believe good architecture is not about spectacle. It is about creating places where people feel connected, grounded and inspired.
